When I walk through a home, I look for potential everywhere.
In my previous career configuring exhibit spaces, I learned that spaces aren't locked into one use. The magic is in the creativity in how a space is used.
Homes work the same way. Sure, the living room, dining room, and bedrooms have their designated purposes. But the real opportunity is in those "bonus" spaces, the finished basement, the undefined yard, the extra room, the screened porch.
These are the spaces that can literally open the door to something wonderful you've been waiting to discover. Where an empty basement becomes a personal retreat, or your yoga studio, or your workshop. Where a screened porch transforms into your morning coffee ritual spot, your pet's safe retreat, or your summer entertaining space.
One space, endless possibilities is what can tip the scales when you're choosing between homes.
